George Rosche
Chick-fil-A Franchise Owner/Operator

George Rosche and his wife Janine have been married for 22 years and have 4 incredible children – Will (19) who is a sophomore at THE Ohio State University, Braden (17) and Jay (15) who both attend GlenOak, play soccer / lacrosse, and are student leaders in Young Life (outreach ministry to teens), and Corynn (11) who is an avid soccer and basketball player.

George owns and operates the Chick-fil-A on Dressler Road in North Canton, and previously worked a 21-year career with Owens Corning in a variety of senior leadership roles. George and Janine both graduated from Ohio State in 2001, and both later completed Masters degrees.

George and Janine both served as volunteer Young Life leaders as young adults and have since served on Young Life committees and boards including here in Stark County. George is a musician with the band Willy Pete, a band whose mission is to serve the troops through entertainment, encouragement, and music therapy to those wounded emotionally or physically through military service. George has previously served on leadership teams for Storyline Church (Denver, CO), and Five Lakes Church (Toledo, OH), has previously served on worship teams at various churches, and currently serves as an Elder at First Christian Church in Canton.

George will be sharing about Chick-fil-A’s approach to serving – not just great food fast, but serving the community. He will take a deep dive into Chick-fil-A’s corporate purpose and how they live that mission out every day in Stark County. The business results are impressive, but the impact to the community and lives are even more so.
