About Kyle
Kyle Craven is an Akron-based real estate developer and construction professional with extensive experience in the design and construction of religious facilities, historic renovations, and adaptive reuse projects. He serves as Vice President of Craven Construction Company and is a managing partner of the development teams leading the redevelopment of Quaker Square and the former Central-Hower High School in downtown Akron.
Kyle’s development work focuses on acquiring and repositioning underutilized properties to create long-term economic and community value. Through Craven Construction Company, he is involved in a wide range of commercial construction projects, including industrial, multifamily, and religious facilities, with a particular focus on church construction.
A lifelong Northeast Ohio resident, Kyle is committed to investing in the region’s future through thoughtful development, historic preservation, and projects that bring important community spaces back to life
About Carmen
Carmen Scaccio is a project manager for J-RS Development, a family-owned company that acquires, develops, owns, and manages properties throughout Northeast Ohio. He is part of the teams leading the redevelopment of Quaker Square and the former Central-Hower High School in downtown Akron.
Carmen works across the development process, with a focus on development planning, space programming, and marketing strategy. He enjoys finding new purposes for underutilized properties and takes pride in working on projects that make a meaningful difference in the Akron community.
