About Michael:
Michael Gladysz is a Vice President and Dedicated Business Banking Team Leader at Huntington National Bank, leading a team serving Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Since joining Huntington in 2008, he has built more than 20 years of financial services experience, working closely with businesses across the region.
In his current role, Michael is passionate about leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of bankers. He focuses on helping his team grow professionally, build strong client relationships, and achieve meaningful results for the businesses and communities they serve. Michael takes pride in mentoring well-rounded bankers and creating an environment where individuals are supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed and grow in their careers.
Community service is a central part of Michael’s life. He is an active member and the 2026-2027 President of the Rotary Club of Akron and serves as Youth Protection Officer and Chili-Open Co-Chair. He has a deep passion for the Akron Rotary Camp for Children with Special Needs, where he finds great fulfillment in supporting its mission and seeing its impact on campers and their families. Through Rotary, Michael has also built lasting friendships and values the strong sense of connection and service the club provides.
In addition to Rotary, Michael serves on the loan review committee for Cascade Capital Corporation and supports cancer research initiatives through the American Cancer Society, Pan Ohio Hope Ride, and Pelotonia.
Michael earned his BSBA from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.
In his free time, he enjoys cycling, golfing, and skiing with his wife, Stacey, and their two sons, Evan and Ethan. He also enjoys supporting them in their school and athletic activities, and the family values time spent traveling and exploring new places together.
