Don Taylor began his tenure with Welty Building Company in 1991 in a Project Management role. Over the course of five years under the guidance of Jerry Welty, Don was appointed President and CEO of Welty Building Company in 1996.  Under his leadership, Welty has doubled its business six-fold in the last fifteen years and is one of the largest construction managers in Northeast Ohio.
