Rotary Club of Akron President Katy Miller, Club members and guests welcomed 2025-2026 District Governor Robert Oborn to the club on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.Joining him was his wife Annette Oborn. She is a member and Past President of the Stow Munroe Falls Rotary Club. Also present were DGN Richard Cole, Past District Governors Stew Buchanan, Jack Harig, Julie Brandle and John Reyes with PDG Cheryl Warren via Zoom.
DG Oborn spoke about his priorities of encouraging membership, youth programming, especially youth foreign exchange, and mental health with a focus on serving those battling addiction. He also provided an update on District events.
