AKRON ROTARY TO HOST EXCHANGE STUDENT
Bridget Garvin Ambrisco will be her Rotary counselor, and Mary, Bill & Samantha Simmons (friends of President Dan O'Connell) have volunteered to be her first host family for 3 months. Carol & (Past President) Doug Hausknecht will be her second family after that, and since our program is most meaningful to all when the student experiences 3 host families during his/her stay, we will be looking for a third host family to round out the year. Perhaps you or someone you know and recommend in the Coventry school district would be perfect in that role! Also be thinking about ways you and your family can welcome Victoria by including her in your activities next year. I can assure you that you will undoubtedly find your own lives enriched through your interaction at any level with Victoria and the program.
