As I briefly mentioned during one of our weekly Zoom meetings, Stewart's Caring Place: Cancer Wellness Center based in Fairlawn has reimagined the May 9th 14th Annual Hope Walk from an in person walk and vendor fair to Hope Walk at Home. All funds raised help support the mission of offering cancer support services at no cost to 1,700 individuals and families across 15 Ohio counties.
I'm excited to share we’ve made it halfway to our fundraising goal! I am reaching out to invite you to register for Hope Walk at Home or to join my team "Murphy's Law". The steps are simple:
- Sign up at http://give.classy.org/14th-Annual-Hope-Walk (if you’d like to join my team you can select “Join a Team” and search for Murphy’s Law)
- Share: Feel free to share the page, team name, or event with friends, family and colleagues via email or social media
- Check your email: Swag bag pickup dates will be sent via email for all walkers who register before May 1st.
- Walk: On Saturday May 9th, take a walk around your neighborhood. Go at your own pace and enjoy the outdoors.
- Show Off: Take photos on your walk and email to info@stewartscaringlace.org or post using #HopeWalk2020.
