Annually the Akron Rotary Foundation awards grants to select community service projects. Projects must be carried out in Summit County, include a service project opportunity for Akron Rotarians and fall within one of Rotary International's seven (7) areas of focus: Environmental, Maternal or Child Health, Basic Education & Literacy, Community/Economic Development, Water Sanitation & Hygiene, Peace/Conflict Resolution or Disease Prevention or Treatment.
