Board & Committee Chair Retreat

We will have our Board and Committee Chair Retreat May 23, 8 am at Akron Family Restaurant.  We will have separate checks so you can have a cup of coffee or full on feast!

As President Elect, I have certain goals to enter into our club's goals for Rotary International.

Start thinking about what membership growth looks like to you, what should our goal be for bringing in new members and what will you do to help us achieve that goal?  I don't think I should arbitrarily just pick a number.

I will look for a brief outlook on your committees/ commitments in the coming year and what support do you need to execute?

Bob Oborn, our Incoming District Governor has 3 priorities he will be focusing on:

Membership - Youth Exchange - Substance Abuse and Mental Health

As our Rotary Year changes in July, how can we assist in these focus areas?

I don't plan on this being a whole morning thing, just a chance to see where we all want this club to go as we embark on another year of fun, friendship and service.
