District 6630 Rotary International Foundation Chair - Doing Good in the World

Past District Governor Larry Lohman is a member of the Rotary Club of Kent.  He is currently serving as our Districts Foundation Chair.  Larry is a fourth generation Rotarian, with his family's roots in Rotary since 1921. His family's tradition of Rotary Service will continue on as both of Larry's daughters have joined Rotaract Clubs at the universities they are attending, making them the fifth generation in his family to embody the honored Rotary tradition of Service above Self.  During his time in and around Rotary, Larry has participated in many avenues through Leadership, Service, and Foundations. Through all of them his focus has been on; the development of our youth, bringing clean water to the world, and increasing public relations through sharing our Rotary stories with our communities.  When  Paul Harris started Rotary he Stated that we need an organization to do good in the world.
