Morgan is a strategic civic engagement leader with a career path winding from start-ups and nonprofits to multinational foundations and Fortune 500 brands. In her role at Unify America, Morgan leads the team building new, participatory civic infrastructure and tools for collaborative problem-solving across the United States.

Morgan began her career as a management consultant specializing in brand growth and new product launches. She later founded an Ohio-based marketing and communications agency, focusing on amplifying missions and building community. She’s a former Akron Public Schools board member and supports local education, arts, and leadership nonprofits. She is an avid fan of skeeball, book clubs, and all things Akron, Ohio. She lives in Akron with her two young kids and her husband, a fellow Ohio University alum.
