Logging In To ClubRunner\

1^st Step - Enter www.akronrotary.org

I n your WEB Browser, BINGO you will see the Rotary Club of Akron WEB site. You are on the way to a closer link to your club and being on the Cutting Edge of Rotary Action.

How to login

· Click on the Login tab (It is in the Yellow bar under the blue field right side

· In the Member Login page, enter your login name and password . (Your E-Mail Address)

Enter Your Temporary Password it is "password" without quotes

· Click on the Login button.

Alternatively, you will also see a Login link underneath the greeting that appears on the Home Page of the site. Clicking on this link will take you to the same Member Login page as the tab .

You are now on the Administration Page . For this lesson you to need do the following 3 steps. Do these steps before you start poking around other parts of the site - this will allow you to see how this site is going to work for you:

1. Look over the block labeled "My ClubRunner, click on "Change My Password" and enter a password that you can remember, Letters and numbers will work and they are case sensitive.

2. Click on "Club Photo Directory" find your name and click on it or your photo, look over the entries that are already there. You can edit your own data. Check out your Birth date, Anniversary date,. Add the date you became a Rotarian, the name of your sponsor. Now get your copy of the Rotarian magazine, on the label you will find your member number, add it in the proper space, then make any other changes you want, you can even upload a new photo of yourself and your spouse/partner if you want to. (No need to Use your high school graduation photo)

3. Click on Home and browse around the WEB page, more next month.
