I Loved Christmas Here!

Christmas consisted of 2 days and about 4 hours of sleep all together. On Christmas Day, During the day we just kind of chilled out and all getting ready for the night because that night we were going to My Host Moms Brothers house will ALL her Family *gulp*. We left around 9 o´clock. So when we got there,everyone was there except my Host Sister

so we had to wait until we could eat, so we all just sat around and chatted. I love my Host Moms parents, they are the cutest people you will ever meet and my Host Grandpa loves Track so we always have something to talk about and he´s always like "back when I ran track I was the best in Spain", and I think he was too! (haha). So after chatting we went to dinner, and dinner was so fun! We just sat around

the table and everyone was talking and to my surprise, more or less I could understand them all!! In My Host Moms family I absolutely love my Uncle Nacho´s wife Dolores, she is like the coolest women you will ever meet. The first time I saw her I told her how much I loved the shirt she was wearing, and the next time I came, SHE GAVE IT TO ME!! I

couldnt believe it but it was so nice it made me feel so home-y. I accually honestly pretty much love the whole entire family on that side, Katia, Rubens, John, Uncle Nacho, Dolo, Gma, Gpa, Ana, i love them all!!!

After dinner we proceded to open gifts and they all broke out the Champagne in toasts. I got a scarf from my one aunt which I wear all the time because i totally love it! And its soooooo warm!!! So at around 2 o'clock in the morning (yes 2 o'clock haha) we headed home to OPEN SOME PRESENTS!!!! YAYYY!! (haha) In my family here they do the present thing different. We went person by person (and since im the newest member i got to go first {scary} haha). It went Me, My sister Paula, My Host Dad, My Host Mom, My Host sister Maria, David (Marias Boyfriend) then My Host brother Nacho. So if I have never mentioned this before, My Host Family is a total family of Crazys (haha). They are all so out there and happy all the time its nuts! but maybe this is why I love them so much!, because they are so out there, crazy and all as I may think they are I love them so much!

Anywho,

When we were opening presesents it was seriously like a Football game!! Everytime it was someones turn we'd be like "Paula Paula!", "Mariaaa xxxxx Mariaaa!!!( the x's are claps haha). After presenta which I think ended around 4/4:30 we finally went to sleep!!!( haha ).

So the next day we got up around 10 o´clock to go to my Host Dads Mothers house for the day. All I can say is this, wow. It was so much fun I cant even explain it, okay well I can but it would never do it justice (hahahaa). From the first second I walked in the door it was like a Carnival! My Host Dad has 10 brothers and sisters so I didnt just meet them all, I met their kids as well! My little cousins are so cute!!! There are about 5 girls around the same ages and they are the cutest little girls you have ever seen in your life! and they are so smart toooO!!! But anyways, so the whole day was meeting people and getting to know everyone, while eating the whole entire time (which for people who know me this is my favorite!!!).

After we ate Lunch and Dinner though we went into the sunroom and sang christmas songs in almost every language in Europe, I never realized how many different songs there were if I may add! After we spent the whole day in celebrations and Christmas stuff though, we finally went home and sleptttttttttt!!! It felt so good after all that happiness and feliz to sleep and remember!
