On February 2, 2021, our weekly virtual meeting will be a Club Assembly focusing on our Strategic Plan initiatives. A club assembly is a meeting that all members should plan to attend to discuss club programs and activities. This allows our members to brainstorm ideas for projects and activities, along with set goals and develop action plans.
We plan to do breakout sessions during the virtual meeting based on our six Strategic Plan initiatives: Impact, Experience, Include, Engage, Transform, Innovate.
To achieve this, we ask that all members check your email for a survey sent to you January 12th from Sandy Naragon.
It is very important that you complete the survey and at the end of the survey you will be asked to register for the February 2nd meeting if you plan to attend.
Registering for the meeting: You will do this within the survey that Sandy Naragon is sending you.
You will be asked to provide the email address that you will be using to log into zoom on the day of the event.
This is critical as it will allow us to pre-schedule you for the breakout sessions and alleviate any delays during the meeting. This email is how the zoom platform allows us to link you to the appropriate breakout room.
If you do not wish to complete the survey, but you do want to attend, please contact Cheryl Warren (click here to email her) as there is information we will need from you in advance.
